Refund & Cancellation Policy

What we sell

Autom8Minds Studio is a bespoke, done-for-you service: we design, build, and deploy a website, AI assistant, and automation stack for your business, then maintain it on an annual plan. Because the work is custom and labour-based, our refund terms differ from an off-the-shelf product.

Before work begins — full refund

If you’ve paid a build fee and we have not yet started design or development, you can cancel for a full refund within 7 days of payment. Just email us.

After work begins — pro-rata

Once design or build work has started, the build fee covers the hours already invested and is non-refundable for those hours. If you cancel mid-build, we refund the portion of the fee that maps to work not yet done, and we hand over everything produced to that point in accounts that belong to you.

Annual renewals

Renewal fees are billed once a year on your anniversary date. You can cancel a renewal any time before it bills — we’ll send a reminder beforehand. Renewal fees already charged are non-refundable, but your site keeps running through the period you paid for.

Hour packs

Pre-purchased hour packs are refundable for any unused, unspent hours within 30 days of purchase. Hours already consumed are non-refundable.

Cancellation & your data

You can cancel at any time. We keep your project read-accessible for 90 days (a grace window) so you can pull your data and switch hosts. Your Supabase and Vercel projects remain yours throughout — we don’t delete them. See our Terms of Service for the full cancellation mechanics.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (Razorpay for INR) within 7–10 business days of approval. Timelines beyond our control (bank/processor settlement) may add a few days.
