The deal
We build, deploy, and maintain a website + AI assistant + email stack for your small business. You pay an annual fee. You own the output — the source code, the database, and the brand.
What you get
- One website, deployed on a Vercel project under your name.
- One Supabase project under your name for content + leads.
- An AI assistant trained on your knowledge base.
- Included design hours per year (12h in year 1, 6h on each renewal).
- The dashboard at studio.autom8minds.com to edit pages, moderate the inbox, and triage requests.
What we charge
- Build fee: paid once, when you sign up.
- Annual renewal: same date each year.
- Hour packs: optional, sold per pack at the rates listed in billing.
- Billable overflow: hours past your included + pack budget bill at the per-hour rate, on the next invoice.
v1 supports INR billing via Razorpay. USD reintroduced later.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time. We keep your project read-accessible for 90 days (a “grace window”) so you can pull your data and switch hosts. After 90 days the API stops serving and after another 30 days we archive the row. Your Supabase + Vercel projects remain yours throughout — we don’t delete them.
Acceptable use
Don’t use this platform to host content that is illegal in India, the EU, or the US. Don’t use the AI assistant to generate content you don’t have rights to publish. Don’t scrape your own site through our public API in ways that bypass the rate limit — ask us for higher limits and we’ll discuss.
Liability
Beyond what we’ve charged you in the last 12 months, no. Standard small-SaaS limitation. Your counsel will want to read this section in detail when we replace it with the real version.
