What does it cost?

Do you work with my existing WordPress / Shopify / Wix site?
Yes — that’s the most common way to start. We add the AI concierge and the automation layer on top of the site you already have, whatever it’s built on, with a small script plus a few integrations. No rebuild, usually live in days. (Editing pages from our portal is only for sites we build — but the bot, lead capture, email, and automations work on any stack.)
What is the monthly for, and can I cancel?
The Always-On plan keeps your AI + automations running, monitored, and improving — it’s the part that does the ongoing work. Cancel anytime; your website and everything we built stay yours, they just stop getting our updates and the live automation service.
How long does a build take?
Most builds ship in four to six weeks. You see a live preview as it takes shape and walk it page by page before launch — no waiting in the dark for a big reveal.
Do I really own everything? What if I leave?
Yes. The source code lives in your GitHub, the database in your own Supabase project, and the site deploys under your domain and accounts. Leave anytime and it keeps running exactly as-is — you just stop getting our updates and support. We earn the relationship every year, we don’t lock you into it.
Do I need technical skills to run it?
No. You get a calm portal built for non-developers: edit pages, publish posts, read leads, and reply to email without touching code. If something needs a developer and we built your site, that draws from your build’s revision rounds (then optional hour packs).
Who hosts it, and do I pay separately?
Your site runs on your own Vercel + Supabase accounts. Their generous free tiers cover most small businesses; if you outgrow them you pay those providers directly — no markup through us. You always control the accounts.
What about my domain and business email?
We point your existing domain at the new site (or help you buy one), and wire transactional + autoresponder email to send from your own domain. It stays yours.
Do I need AI accounts or API keys? Where does my data live?
You bring your own AI key — we set it up with you in the portal in minutes and train the assistant on your business. You pay the AI provider directly for usage (typically a few hundred rupees a month for a small business), with no markup through us. Your chat transcripts and knowledge base stay in your own database — not a shared black box.
Can I add more automations later?
Yes. Always-On includes three starter automations; from there you can switch on individual workflows or run your whole industry system — bookings, follow-ups, reminders, reports, and more. You’ll see the full menu and prices for your industry in your portal, and we scope it in your quote.
Can you build an online store / e-commerce?
Yes. Tick “Website + CMS” on the quote form and let us know it’s a store — we’ll scope the catalogue, checkout, and the automations around orders and follow-ups.

How many rounds of revisions do I get?
On a site we build, revisions are built into the review stage — you leave notes page by page until it’s right. Larger changes after launch draw from your build’s revision rounds, with optional hour packs if you want more.
