What we collect
- Account data you provide: name, email, phone, business information.
- Site content you create: pages, blog posts, forms, AI knowledge base, email templates.
- Visitor data submitted to your site: form submissions, AI chat transcripts, email engagement.
- Operational metadata: timestamps, audit log entries, request IDs (no IP addresses retained beyond 30 days).
Where it lives
- Identity, billing, and audit records: our central Supabase project (the “Studio DB”).
- Per-site content: your own dedicated Supabase project, which we hand back to you on cancellation.
- BYOK provider keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, Resend): envelope-encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM in the Studio DB.
Third parties we share with
- Supabase — hosting Postgres + Auth.
- Vercel — hosting this app and your deployed websites.
- Razorpay — processing INR payments.
- Resend — sending email (your BYO key, or our relay for the first 30 days).
- Anthropic + OpenAI — only when you BYO a key and your visitors chat with the assistant. Your key, your data, your terms with them.
Your rights
You can export your data at any time from your settings (after login). You can request deletion by emailing support@autom8minds.com — we honour requests within 30 days.
Cookies
We set strictly-necessary cookies for authentication (Supabase Auth session). The cookie consent banner asks for your permission for any non-essential analytics; right now we don’t run analytics on the dashboard at all.
